| | Having worked at raising funds for non-profits for the last several years, I became convinced there was a better way to maximize fund raising potential using silent and live auctions. Having such conviction I recently enrolled in and graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. The course spanned 9 days and 92 hours of instruction during which I focused on fund raising for non-profit’s using the auction method of marketing. I received several hours of instruction from top fund raising auctioneers in the United States and I learned several tips and strategies to maximize the amount of funds raised at a live and silent auction.
